Hypnosis slaves

Hypnosis and the power of suggestion is a powerful medical tool and is used around the world by medical practitioners to help people in various ways. But the psychological benefits of hypnosis are experienced by hypnotists who aid in helping people perform tasks which require large amounts of human emotional restraint, like losing weight, or quitting smoking.

How Hypnotic Slavery Works

A hypnotist administers the procedure of hypnosis to his client, and then suggests the proposed task at hand by small steps in the direction. The subject complies because of the trance like state, and his desire to complete the task. People wanting to kick smoking or drinking habits, or wanting to lose weight require certain behavior modification which is easily facilitated by hypnosis treatment. Although a good hypnosis does not come cheap, but the results of a hypnotic therapy session are almost guaranteed to be favourable.

Misuse of Hypnotic Slavery

A hypnotist uses the technique of hypnosis slaves in a good way to rid them of mentally debilitating habits of smoking, drinking or other addictions. Such efforts of the hypnotists are greatly appreciated by the clients, although the fear of being misused in the trance like state is ever present.

Scientists argue that a subject under hypnosis will not do tasks that he or she does not want to. The basics of hypnosis suggest that it only slightly modifies behavioural trends to allow difficult and emotionally demanding tasks to become easier. A person under hypnosis quits smoking because of the desire to actually quit smoking. A person under the same trance will not perform tasks that he or she does not want to perform, despite the efforts of the hypnotist. For example, a person will not clean someone's toilets under the effects of hypnosis if he or she does not want to do so.

How to Stop Smoking Using Hypnosis

The notion of performing such emotionally taxing tasks via the hypnosis route are an easy option for people looking to quit the unwanted habits.

A hypnotist uses the techniques of hypnotherapy and discovers underlying reasons that cause the addiction in the person and then unravels these causes allowing the person to rid himself or herself of the addiction. Post hypnotic sessions include group therapy sessions where the recently un-addicted people congregate and are helped to stay that way.

The buzzword here remains that the people have a desire to stop smoking, and that it is not done against the wishes of the person as in that case, the treatment can fail. Private hypnotists take several sessions to understand the causes and the reasons of addictions, while most group therapy sessions are reasonably faster.

Hypnosis slavery unlocks another dimension of modern medicine for people to explore and avail to.

Square, Bowl Super Hypnotized (2008) in Times XLII — NYC

Hypnotized in Times Square, NYC — Super Bowl XLII (2008)

After the Giants defeated the Patriots, a bunch of us headed over to Times Square. CAVEAT: Hypnosis can seem harmless. Nice job! Visit my website at: http://www.paradoxhypnosis.com/ Sign up for my Newsletter here: http://www.paradoxhypnosis.com/index-3.html#NewsletterSignUp However, the danger of hypnosis (specifically recreational hypnosis) lies in not properly learning suggestion formation and the effects of hypnosis, being sloppy with suggestions (not knowing what to avoid doing), and not following strict ethics—to name just a few things. When my friend Vic suggested I hypnotize someone in the crowd, I approached a complete stranger and within a few moments I had hypnotized him in the middle of Times Square, during the Super Bowl XLII celebration. For those learning hypnosis notice the following: --Use of a yes set --Body language --Development of rapport --Changes in the volunteer's focus of attention and body motion NOTE: My interaction with the volunteer--from first meeting him to first hypnotizing him--is shown here in real time (no time lapse). Please be careful. Learn hypnosis ethics, safety and proper execution before you attempt to hypnotize anyone. Special thanks to the volunteer for agreeing to let us film this and to my friend Vic who not only encouraged me to do it, but also recorded it. The angle/orientation changes were done while the camera was rolling, without pause.
